Our Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking.
- If a guest cancels after 48 hours of booking and prior to moving in, the first month’s rent and deposit are not refunded.
- If a guest cancels after 48 hours of booking and has moved in, 100% of all nights spent plus 30 days is not refunded, the deposit is also not refunded.
  • If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, 100% of all of those remaining nights is not refunded.
